Cancellation Policy

Alexandria Paige Aesthetics Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Alexandria Paige Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To provide the best experience for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: Appointment Cancellations * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No-Shows * Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a $50 no-show fee. * Repeated no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit before future appointments can be scheduled. Late Arrivals * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to avoid disrupting the schedule. * Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment. Deposits * Any deposits collected at the time of booking are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Emergency Situations * Life happens. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of Alexandria Paige Aesthetics.
